Job description :

Assist in tracking payments, receipts, follow-ups and basic finance-related tasks.
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filling and document preparation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statement as required.
Assist to liase with forwarding agent for import shipment from oversea (ocean / air freight), to confirm custom duties and determine correct HS code.
Support other ad-hoc admin or accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements/Qualification:

Able to work independent, responsible, positive working attitude and self-motivated.
Minimum SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma.
Female Chinese speaker, able to read and write in Chinese.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office & Ms Excel.
Basic knowledge with Accounting System.
